Who?
L Solomon
born Los Angeles, CA
BFA from Art Center College of Design 2018
MFA from University of California, Irvine 2021.
Since 2015, most of Solomon’s work is about health care and caregiving. More specifically, elder care. More specifically still, diaper care of the elderly disabled in institutional settings (long-term care facilities). Ubiquitous incontinence neglect is a perfect, repellent little microcosm, a parable of the gap between the values we claim and the values we choose to enact.
